A Tasty Bread And Butter Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

10-15 bits of bread

4 egg yolks

1/2 cup of superfine sugar

1 cup of cream

2 glasses of milk

1 teaspoon of vanilla

8 ounces of chocolates (chopped)

Instructions

Take away the crust in the bits of bread.

Whisk the egg yolks and sugar inside a bowl. Then place it aside.

Pour the milk, cream and vanilla right into a pan. Warm it on low heat.

Once warm, gradually whisk the mix in to the eggs and sugar.
